EXHIBITION 1 Light 1 Night

A photographic series of daring and brave women. Photographed during Melbourne's stark winter nights against the cities landmarks and landscapes. The show was captured with a single torch utilising a technique known as painting with light.

Photography depends soley on light without it an image can never be recorded. Steigltz proved this theory in the 1800s.

Photographed on a 35mm film camera. The images reveal a certain quality of honesty.
